Occupational Overuse Syndrome (OOS) is a risk for those who spend long periods working on computers. There are plenty of websites with helpful information, e.g. WEB OOS.
Break reminder software:
For PC users there is Break Reminder, and Apple Mac users can try AntiRSI.
Has anyone tried other methods or software?

Try this tip from Roger Johansson.
"Don’t place your mouse next to your keyboard. Place it in front of your keyboard instead, and rotate it 90 degrees clockwise if you’re left handed, 90 degrees anti-clockwise if you’re right handed"
