Service Agreements:

Regular backups are essential if you have valuable data stored on your computer. We have introduced a system to do regular checks to see if your backup has actually worked. We will monitor the daily system logs, generated by the backup software and test file restores on a regular basis.

As well as the backup checks, we will also monitor your network and server by using automated notification emails and log files. We will check the daily server event logs for warnings and failures and make an effort to resolve those as soon as possible. All security service packs for your server will also be updated as necessary.

The agreements are customised for your network and vary between 2 and 5 hours per month, depending on the level of service you require.

Site Manual:

As part of our service agreements, OK Computer will also document your network in a site manual. This site manual will include all important information about your network, to make it easier for everyone to administer. Proper documentation is useful for all businesses, but essential if you are expanding, upgrading or purchasing new equipment or software.
