The easy way to change the email over to new server is to just change the following settings in the existing account:

  1. In Outlook choose MANUAL SETUP
  2. Select an POP3 account
  3. Incoming mail server:
  4. Outgoing SMTP server: - same as the incoming, but use SSL, see: SMTP Settings
  5. Username (logon): your full email address:
  6. password: [as given to you]
  7. Click advanced/more settings and find where it says incoming server port
  8. Tick the box (or drop-down list) to say: This server requires SSL (it will change POP3 port from 110 to 995)
